Currently, we work as an agile Kanban team, but as the team grows we’d like to shift to a more transparent Scrum process. The team consists of full stack software engineers, who design and develop Android/iOS apps as well as backend applications, and automotive software engineers. We work remote and in an open office, but regardless of where we are, we put great value on efficient communication and getting things done.
