LF Consulting GmbH, based in Stuttgart, is a spin-off of the Fraunhofer Institute for Production Technology and Automation IPA and was founded by Pit Löllmann and Ulrich Färber in 2002. We are a consultancy and software company with high expertise in organizational development and agile software development as well as provider of powerful software for capacity planning. Our goal is to increase transparency, efficiency and punctuality at our customers from the industrial and service sectors measurably through lean planning solutions and processes.
