Description
Wir arbeiten in 4 Scrum Teams (Robotics, Business Logic, Framework, UX), die jeweils einen gewissen Fokus auf einen Aspekt unseres Produkts setzen, ohne dabei Wissenssilos zu bilden. Dabei hilft uns, dass wir uns gut kennen und wir auch zwischen den Teams ganz unkompliziert miteinander reden. Diese offene Grundeinstellung wissen alle zu schätzen und leben sie auch, sei es Dev-Team, P.O., ScrumMaster oder GF/Administration. Um Releases und Updates kümmern wir uns gemeinsam. Unsere Entwicklungsteams können sich weitgehend auf die Entwicklung unserer Kernsoftware konzentrieren, mit der wir versuchen so gut es geht alle Kundenanforderungen abzudecken.

Developmentprocess
- Scrum
Wir wenden Scrum (für mehrere Teams) an, mit einem 2-wöchigen Sprint-Zyklus. Review, Overall Retrospective und Planning finden alle an einem Tag statt. Die einzelnen Teams haben ihre Team-Retros zu verschiedenen (aber fixen) Zeiten. Dasselbe gilt auch für die täglichen Standup Meetings. Backlog Refinements passieren regelmäßig implizit in den Teams, zusammen mit dem P.O., damit dieser etwaige Fragen möglichst schnell aufklären kann. Das gibt auch gleich die Möglichkeit, die Priorisierung der Stories mit ihm abzusprechen.

- Why did you choose this team?
- First of all, I've always been interested in robotics and here I found a young and professional team that does exactly what I was looking for. Also, it was always important to me to directly see the value I bring to a product and to the customers that use it. In incubed IT, I saw a company with a lot of future potential, that comes with challenges and interesting problems to solve and also offers me the opportunity for personal and professional development.
- What´s your job about?
- I work in a Scrum Team that consists of 4 developers, who are responsible for the business logic aspects of our product, namely the fleet management system and the agent that runs on our shuttles. I work closely together with my teammates and other Scrum Teams to co-create state of the art solutions for our customers worldwide.
- What do you like most about your job?
- That my work is directly applied to the core product that is actually used by our end-users.
