Our development team works in a self-organised way according to the Scrum method, which the team has continued to adapt and refine for their needs in recent years. We currently work in 3 weekly sprints and have our daily scrum every day at 10:00 (via Slack because the team works remotely). Each sprint ends with a retrospective and our demo meeting. At the demo meetings, not only the development team presents, but also the other departments show what they have achieved in the last 3 weeks. As part of our team, you will not only be able to present your new features at these meetings, but also find out what these features actually mean for our customers' campaigns! Before the new sprint starts, the team decides together with the product owner which issues will make it into the next sprint. The selection of the right song is very important here - purely subjectively, "the worse, the better" now applies. The centrepiece of our software is currently being redesigned. Design sprints are being held for this purpose and progress is being tested both internally and together with our customers. Documentation is very important to us, which is why we not only attach great importance to documentation in the code itself, but also have a person who is solely responsible for documentation and testing. Code reviews are also an integral part of our development process. Every code is reviewed by other developers before it can be included in the weekly release. These reviews are not only extremely helpful for new developers, but also help our experienced seniors to stay on the ball.

Colleagues

Why did you choose this team?
What´s your job about?
What do you like most about your job?
Autonomie. Entscheidungsmöglichkeit in Bezug auf die eingesetzten Technologien. Die flachen Entscheidungsstrukturen. Das sympathische Team.
