Our agile development process primarily combines scrum with lean software development. Monthly sprint planning and task allocation by the management, focus on customer needs by means of epics and user stories, regular sprint reviews and release management are characteristic of our Scrum approach. We also integrate lean principles such as continuous delivery, waste elimination, continuous improvement (Kaizen) and customer feedback. Despite certain similarities with Kanban and Extreme Programming, our overall structure harmonizes best with the Scrum framework.
