    Es wird ein Rollen-Konzept gelebt, das es ermöglicht, mehrere verschiedene Aufgaben (teils auch temporär) zu übernehmen bzw. sich einzuleben. Generell wird sehr viel Wert darauf gelegt, Mitarbeiter in die Positionen einzusetzen, wofür sie auch brennen, schon allein weil man nur so die besten Leistungen bringen will und kann.
